In this service, we will look at some of the Unitarian Universalist understandings about the Bible.  Biblical scholarship has discovered much about its creation and meaning.   We will also read some from the Gospel of Mary and explore why it and other Gnostic texts were not included.  Knowledge of the Bible can be very useful when discussing religious issues with family, friends, and others who may have more conservative interpretations.
