Unitarian Universalist congregations offer sanctuary to many people who might not feel welcome in other religious communities. How can we create a safe and welcoming space for those who need healing and acceptance? We will also recognize Transgender Day of Remembrance (11/20) by a ritual reading of the names of some of the transgender individuals who lost their lives to violence during this last year.
After the service we will have our traditional Stone Soup luncheon, prepared with the help of the children. Please, if you are able, bring some vegetables to add to our soup pot.
