Guest Speaker (and UUP member) Rachael Newman will join us to explore the ways pervasive systemic notions of shame inform our sense of self and other. She will then offer some antidotes to shame that can help us move toward experiencing the incredible blessings of aliveness and embodiment.
Rachael Newman is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Expressive Arts Therapist in private practice in Petaluma. She works with adult individuals, couples and teens, and also leads various workshops.
