Being a mother, or mothering in general – i.e. simply engaging in the act of creating and/or nurturing another living being – provides absolutely endless opportunities for creativity, whether we want those opportunities or not.

In this morning’s message we will explore the fundamental and essential improv comedy technique of “Yes, and…”. This is a method that puts acceptance and collaboration, progress and ideas front and center within any relationship.
